Pedro has over 15 years' experience in procurement and commercial transformation roles both as a management consultant and as Head of Procurement. He has led many complex programmes in a variety of sectors with special focus on Infrastructure, Utilities and Public Sector, in UK, Spain and Portugal.

Pedro has deep expertise in large programmes focusing on all areas of procurement & commercial, from organisational and process transformations and up-lifting of the procurement role to value identification and benefits delivery programmes to sustainabily improve the bottom-line.
