Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly! 
 
We are looking to make a strategic permanent hire to join our business development function in a senior position to elevate our work to the next level. We are looking to recruit someone to lead and develop pillars of new business development to enable us to fulfil our next phase of growth. To put the growth in context, in the past 3 years we've; grown in headcount by 150%, opened 3 new offices and are continuing our revenue growth by 25% year on year.

This would be joining a core team of 2 with a similar focus and a wider team of 8 supporting consulting colleagues across bid management and associated administrative support.

What will you be doing?

  • In the business development team, you will be building and nurturing business playing a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving ambitious growth targets. You will be a trusted partner to internal VP level stakeholders bringing expertise in professional services sales and delivery with the ability to position solutions with PE, SME and Blue Chip clients.

  • Build and network with customers
  • Identify target markets, whitespace opportunities, develop leads and directly prospect into those accounts
  • Deliver consulting programme proposals with value-add outcomes aligned to Efficio services and capabilities
