Application Stage
1. I am having difficulty with submitting my application via your website and your advert posted on LinkedIn, what should I do?
a. You can contact us on careers@efficioconsulting.com, a member from our recruitment team will be in touch to support you with your application.
2. I applied for a job but have not heard back, what should I do?
a. Please check your junk mail, every application is reviewed but at times of volume it may take us longer to reply. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide individual feedback at the application stage
3. My CV comes in different languages, which one should I submit?
a. Our primary business language is English so you are expected to be fluent in this, therefore even if you are applying for roles outside of the UK, we expect the CV to be in English please
4. I require sponsorship to join Efficio, do you provide this?
a. Provide as much information on your application and your recruiter at Efficio will discuss your options with you
Interview Stage
1. On average, how long does the entire recruitment process take to complete?
a. Approximately 4 weeks to complete all the stages but we can be flexible to suit your timelines i.e. if you have another offer and need to expedite your process
2. Will I receive feedback from our interviews?
a. Yes, your recruiter will provide you with an update in a timely manner
3. How many interviewers will I meet during my interviews?
a. You will have the opportunity to meet up to 2 members of the consulting team at each stage of your interviews
4. Will my interviews be conducted virtually or in-person?
a. Where possible, interviews are ideally conducted in-person, however, we do have the flexibility to run these virtually on Microsoft Teams. This can be discussed and arranged with your recruiter
5. How long do I have to complete my online assessments?
a. You will have within 7 days to complete the assessments. Should you require an extension, you will need to speak with your recruiter before the expiry of these assessments
6. Do you offer extra time?
a. Yes, if you require reasonable adjustments to the testing or interview stages (not limited to extra time), please speak with your recruiter and we will make the necessary adjustments to support you through the process
7. Who should I contact if I experience issues logging on to my assessments or interviews?
a. As your first point of contact, please reach out to your recruiter
b. If you are unable to get a response from your recruiter, you can contact our recruitment team on careers@efficioconsulting.com
8. Will I need any specific equipment for any of my interviews?
a. No, but you are welcome to use a calculator for your online numerical assessment (for consulting roles only)
9. I need to change the time and/or date of my scheduled interview, what do I do?
a. If your interview has been booked via our online booking system, Prelude, there is a link provided on your confirmed meeting email, which allows you to change your time slot booked and select a more suitable time. If it is less than 24 hours until your meeting or if your interview was booked directly with you, please contact your recruiter.
10. Can I use my phone or tablet/iPad to attend my interviews?
a. We highly recommend for you to access your interviews from a laptop/PC or Mac
11. Is there any specific preparation required prior to my interviews?
a. You can find information to support your prep for your interviews by visiting our page “Interview process”
12. Should I discuss my salary with my interviewers?
a. No, any discussions regarding your package should be discussed with your Efficio recruiter
Post-Interview Stage
1. What can I expect after I have completed my interviews with Efficio?
a. All potential offers will need to go through our internal approval process before a final decision is made. This is an opportunity for our senior leadership team to review candidate background and experiences as well as all feedback from your interviews to ensure we are continuing to hire high calibre individuals. Your recruiter will let you know when you can expect an update.
2. I would like to meet/speak with some consultants at a similar to the level offered to me, is this possible?
a. Yes, absolutely. Your recruiter can support you with arranging this.
3. I still have some unanswered questions and concerns about my role before I sign my contract, what should I do?
a. Queries to do with your role can be discussed with your recruiter otherwise; any questions around the terms of your contract/on-boarding can be directed to your HR contact on the team (the individual you received your contract from)
4. How long do I have to decide on my offer?
a. You have up to 7 days from when the offer is sent to you, however, if you have any specific circumstances to be considered, that can be discussed with your recruiter at Efficio
General
1. Can I refer someone during my process?
a. Yes! Feel free to share their details or direct them to our website/LinkedIn advert to apply
2. Do you work with recruitment agencies?
a. Yes, however our preference is to work directly with candidates so we would always encourage you to apply directly rather than via a third party supplier
3. I wasn’t successful, when can I apply again?
a. We encourage you to wait at least 6 months before applying to Efficio again to allow you time to develop your skills
4. I have feedback on my interview experience, where do I go to provide this?
a. We send out a survey during the interview process so please use that to give constructive feedback. Alternatively, you can speak with your recruitment contact at Efficio directly
5. I withdrew from the process but completed part of the process already, can I re-apply and do I need to re-do the interviews I already completed again?
a. Yes, you can re-apply, please speak with the recruiter who handled your application previously or reach out to us on careers@efficioconsulting.com. It depends on when you had your last interview with us and the feedback received, but we can take this into consideration and your recruiter will be able to discuss next steps with you.
