Andrew Deakin

Andrew has over a decade's worth of procurement experience, including roles in both industry and consulting. From his work in a variety of delivery and leadership roles, he brings expertise and insight to projects covering the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from planning and opportunity identification, through sourcing and negotiation to contract and supplier management. He has also worked with a number of clients planning and executing major transformations of their procurement capability.

Andrew specialises in leading large programmes and managed procurement services, primarily in the utilities and infrastructure sectors, working in partnership with our clients to sustainably deliver value alongside capability transformation. Andrew also co-leads Efficio’s Utilities Sector Practice, helping ensure our clients within the sector gain maximum value from their work with Efficio and are supported by the full breadth and depth of our sector expertise.
