Julian Catchick

As a Principal Julian is responsible for overseeing the delivery of client engagements, converting business development opportunities, and continuing to strengthen the business via HR, marketing, and product development activities. 

He works on a variety of projects in several industries, including developing an electronic ordering system for a logistics company in Belgium, leading the commercial element of an IS transformation with a utility company, running a skills development initiative in Asia for a Private Equity- owned chemicals company, delivering a training programme to an insurer across Scandinavia, designing an SRM blueprint for a UK retailer, and building a technology layer for Efficio to augment its consulting offering.
