Laurence leads international consulting teams to deliver strategic operational improvement and cost optimisation programmes for a wide array of our client segments. He has extensive hands-on experience executing complex strategic sourcing programmes and procurement transformations, as well as a strong track record of driving measurable results and sustained change in alignment with client priorities.

During his time with Efficio, Laurence has worked with clients across five continents in industries spanning construction, infrastructure, financial services, manufacturing, IT, pharmaceuticals, amongst others.
