Marcus Southern

Marcus has over eight years of experience in operations consulting, focussing on procurement and operations improvement. He supports clients by executing savings opportunity assessments, managing strategic sourcing and procurement excellence programmes and implementing digital procurement solutions. 

Marcus was previously a Chartered Chemical Engineer with experience across Operations and Project Delivery in the Oil & Gas industry and has also been Head of Procurement for a major UK port operator. He has worked extensively with global companies across multiple sectors, including defence, oil & gas, utilities, infrastructure and manufacturing, helping them reduce costs and transform their functions.
