Simon Rutter

Before joining Efficio, Simon spent more than 25 years in commercial and procurement roles for a number of large international businesses. He has an extensive background in category management, strategic sourcing and leading functional transformation initiatives. Simon has multi-sector experience, covering Utilities, Aerospace, Retail, Construction Materials, Engineering and Defence. 

Simon has spent the last two years working with UK Government clients, implementing best-practice category management and leading complex, multi-agency commercial initiatives in support of the UK’s defence and security agenda.
