Roger Siddle

Roger Siddle has been non-executive Chairman of Efficio since 2016 and has broad leadership experience covering public companies, private equity-backed businesses and partnerships. 

Main areas of practise

Roger has worked across a range of sectors including professional services, education and retail, addressing issues such as strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operational performance and turnaround, and organization. 

Career

Roger was previously Group Chief Executive of Findel plc, where he led a successful turnaround, and Group Chief Executive of BPP Holdings plc. Prior to this, he spent 17 years at global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company. There he was appointed UK Managing Partner in 2001and was a member of the global management team.

As well as holding a leadership role at Efficio, Roger is also non-executive Chairman of private equity-backed businesses Estera, the global fiduciary services business, and Cordium, the regulatory compliance software and consulting company.

Roger studied Mathematics at the University of Cambridge and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
