Roger Siddle

Roger has broad leadership experience covering public companies, private equity-backed businesses and partnerships. He has worked across a range of sectors including professional services, education and retail, addressing issues such as strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operational performance and turnaround, and organisation.

Alongside his leadership role at Efficio, Roger is the non-executive Chairman of private equity-backed businesses LOD, the alternative legal services provider, and Isio, the pensions advisory company.
