Dani Faig A Bogari

Dani has worked throughout his career in prestigious organizations with the likes of Saudi Aramco, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Efficio focusing on 2 key pillars: 

1. Procurement & Supply Chain: this includes supply chain strategies, localization strategies, procurement transformation, operating model development, procurement planning & strategic sourcing, category strategy development, and tender & contract management.
2. Capital Projects & Infrastructure Delivery: this includes capital developments planning & delivery, portfolio optimization & management, capital program reviews, delivery model strategies.

His core industry focus has been on Major Developments & Infrastructure, Real Estate, Utilities & Transportation, Hospitality & Events, Facilities Management, and Energy. 

His geographical focus has been mainly in the MENA region working with prestigious clients, such as Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA), Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU), Ministry of Finance (KSA), Ministry of Energy (KSA), Ministry of Culture (KSA), EXPRO, Saudi Arabian Railway, KAFD, and other major developments and clients.

From an education perspective, Dani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Structural Design & Project Management both from the American University of Beirut (AUB).
