Niels leads delivery of client programmes across European and North American, blue-chip and PE-backed clients. He has led some of Efficio’s largest teams across FTSE50 clients, focussing on complex change programmes across direct / indirect categories and technology enablement. His experience in procurement and operations consulting spans a wide range of sectors including Technology, FMCG, FS, Life Sciences and Manufacturing.

Niels brings expertise in large, complex change programmes and specialises in Outsourcing (ITO, BPO), Mergers & Acquisitions and cost transformation. He is also actively involved in Efficio’s external training programs
